The Adventure of a Lifetime
A maximum of 13 guests enjoy the antique, luxury cabins, soft beds, great food, top-notch riding. At the Lazy E-L, you have the opportunity to live and breathe adventure and experience complete relaxation. Marvel at the breathtaking scenery of the Beartooth mountains, fly fish remote mountain rivers, or tackle class four white waters. Conde Naste Traveler, the world’s premier travel magazine, selected the Lazy E-L as one of their five best guest ranch picks in America.
The Dude Ranch is the “original” all inclusive family vacation and offers something for everyone. Whether you seek high adventure or majestic solitude, The Lazy E-L Guest Ranch provides the ultimate escape. After 110 years and 4 generations, today the Lazy E-L remains an historic, authentic ranch providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of big city life for corporate executives, politicians, prominent families and folks who love the West. And that ain’t just talk.
Roy Rogers and Dale Evans rode here, Robert Redford has paid a visit. Famous western artist Charlie Russell signed the mantle in the Russell Cabin over a shared bottle of whiskey with Mr. Mackay. They came for the unprecedented privacy, quiet and beauty that only 12,000 acres outside of Yellowstone can offer. Now, it’s your turn. Experience the magic of The Lazy E-L Guest Ranch.

We'd love to host you on the Lazy EL Ranch!--
After 21 years of cookhouse steaks and West Rosebud rides, we turn over the reins to my brother Aaron and take off our hats with a hearty 'thank you, pard.'
For those of you who made our bunks your second home, it was an honor to ride with you. Gerald and I thank you for fantastic memories and truly joyous times.
With 11 years of having the reins, Gerald and I aren't quite ready to hang up our spurs. For the last year, we've been laying groundwork for another place and plan to continue what we started, bringing together cowboying and sharing this way of life. As our adventure unfolds, we will send news and keep the coffee on, expecting our friends to come up a new dirt road.
Facebook us, post your favorite memories and keep in touch. We will update you as we journey to a new ranch. With a little cowboy luck, we will have news before green grass.

Until we meet again, hats off, happy trails, and God Bless!
